Guatemala – La Cometa is a whole bean coffee from Blossom Coffee Roasters

What We Taste: A well-balanced cup with flavor notes of milk chocolate and raspberries with a twist of lemon. It has a medium weighted body similar to whole milk and a mellow-medium acidity.

Producer: The small landholder collective on Finca Quejina

Region: Sacatepequez, Guatemala

Coffee Varieties: Red Bourbon

Processing Method: The coffee is picked ripe, de-pulped, washed and allowed to ferment for 18–24 hours before drying. The drying process normally takes between 3–5 days depending on the ambient temperature and weather.
